HERE'S HOW SHIPPING WORKS...?
♡ our baked goods are baked to order and normally shipped the week following the bakery no longer taking orders. we DO NOT ship on saturdays/sundays, in order to minimize the possibility of the package being held at the post office for several days.
♡ almost all US orders are shipped using USPS, and should arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipping. please make sure the delivery address can be reached by USPS!
♡ please note it is at the sole discretion of the delivery company where your package will be left and who it will be left with. if it is not delivered to the correct address or person, obapan bakery cannot be held responsible for a lost, stolen, or damaged package.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
♡ we ship our products within the US (for now, also including Hawaii and Alaska).
♡ all orders are shipped using USPS (approx. 2-3 business days from date of shipping, not from order).
♡ the exact price of shipping will be shown at checkout. please note base shipping varies depending on where you are ordering from, with a minimum order of $10.
OH NO! I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
♡ if your order has not shipped yet, we can look to see how we can help; send us an email at [email protected], and we'll see what we can do!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
♡ once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
♡ you will receive another email when your order has been shipped. this email will include the tracking number, which you can use to track your order's progress to you!
♡ if you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.
CAN I PLACE ORDERS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
♡ unfortunately, we do not have the ability to split orders at this time. to send an order to another address, you will have to submit another order with a different shipping address.
♡ please make sure the name on the order is addressed to the recipient!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
♡ due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. if there is an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] and let us know what is happening. we'll work with you to make things right!
