COOKIE QUESTIONS

I ORDERED A LOT OF COOKIES! HOW DO I KEEP THEM FRESH?
♡ our cookies are baked fresh before shipping to you! because they are wrapped airtight, they will keep for up to one week. if you'd like to make sure they stay fresh for longer, pop them in the freezer for up to one month.
♡ when you're ready to eat, warm the cookies in a 350°F/175°C oven for 5-10 minutes or until warmed through.
♡ don't store the cookies in the fridge or use a microwave to reheat them - these will cause them to harden!

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. WHAT CAN I EAT?
♡ all cookies and baked goods are made with equipment shared throughout the kitchen, where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are processed.
♡ if you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please be aware while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are NOT an allergy-free bakery.
♡ no products in the shop are certified allergen-free.

DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN PRODUCTS?
♡ unfortunately at this time, we do not offer any vegan or vegetarian products. please keep an eye out for when we start to offer them in the future!

ARE OBAPAN PRODUCTS KOSHER?
♡ our bakery is not certified kosher.

DO YOU HAVE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
♡ we do not offer nutritional information on our products.

I'M BUYING BAKED GOODS AS A GIFT - DO YOU HAVE THE PRICES IN THE BOX?
♡ we do not include a receipt with prices in the shipping box - please check your email for your order receipt!

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE/SUSTAINABLE?
♡ the shipping boxes and filler are both recyclable and made from recycled material.
♡ unfortunately, the cellophane bags used to package the products are not recyclable.
♡ if your package includes bubble wrap, keep an eye out for bubble wrap recycling bins at your local grocer!
